Joseph Lickorish was born on 13 June 1875 in Leamington Hastings, Warwick. He and Lucy Beatrice were married. He witnessed the marriage of Thomas Lickorish and Lucy Smith on 16 October 1900 in Leamington Hastings. Joseph Lickorish and Mary Wilcock were married in September 1936 in Lancaster. He died on 7 February 1941, at age 65, in Torrisholme, Lancaster. Joseph Lickorish was a Station Master at Kirkby Lonsdale, known as Wennington Junction. He was baptised on 11 July 1875 in Kytes Hardwick. He was a Lamp Porter for 16 shillings a week, with the Midland Railway at Eckington hi s height was 5' 9'' and he was single. on 1 December 1892. He appeared in the census in 1911 in Station House, Kirby Lonsdale., shows Joseph aged 35 married for 3 years no children, is Station Master. Wife Lucy Beatrice aged 37. They have 4 rooms. He made a will on 7 February 1941 shows living at Springfield, Torrisholme Road, Lancaster died at Co-Op stores Torrisholme Road.Probate to Mary Lickorish Wife. Effects £1448-6-6d.

George Arthur Lickorish was born in 1896 in Bridge. He and Margaret Sharpe were married in 1928 in Belper. He died in 1965, at age ~69, in Woodhall Spa, Lincoln. He was buried in 1965 in Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire. George Arthur Lickorish is buried with Margaret in the new cemetery. As you enter take the first path on the right and walk down to almost where the hedge cuts the cemetery in half. The grave is on your right. He experienced Military Service in The Royal West Kent Regiment 265745. Kent cyclist battalion TF/1581. He appeared in the census in 1901 With family at 1, Asylum Cottage, Chartham, Kent.

Alfred Lickorish was born on 1 April 1898 in Chartham, Kent. He and Gladys Elizabeth Thomas were married in 1920 in Sherness, Kent. He died on 1 January 1979, at age 80, in Mile Oak, Portslade, Sussex. Alfred Lickorish experienced Military Service in Hood Battalion BEF R/2575 had previuosly served in the Kent Cycles. He appeared in the census in 1901 Shown as 2yrs of age with family at 1 Asylum Cottages, Chartham, Kent. He appeared in the census in 1911 in 4 Seymour Place, Wincheap, Canterbury, Kent, Shows Alfred aged 13 with the rest of the family, James aged 38 a Asylum Attendant. Married for 16 years 6 children 4 surviving. Wife Rebecca aged 37, children Violet Winifred aged 16,a Dressmaker. George Arthur aged 14, a House Boy.James Edward aged 11. They had 6 rooms.
